Trailer Handling Course Prices
Need some help reversing and towing your trailer / caravan with confidence on the road? Our one or two day course is just what you're looking for and will help prepare you to tow and reverse trailers safely, therefore reducing risk, damage and injury.
These courses can be tailor made to suit your needs covering a range of subjects such as;
- Reversing a trailer into tight spaces
- General towing on the road
- Trailer storage care & maintenance
We can also cover any other towing requirements you may have within the training day's time frame.
Trailer Handling Course
For anyone who already has the B+E category on their licence and wishes to tow a horse trailer, caravan, livestock or any other type of commercial trailer.
Course price includes the use of our DVSA test approved trailer and towing mirrors using your own towing vehicle (subject to suitability).

I would highly recommend training with SMH Training. I was extremely nervous about taking our pony Sarahi out in our trailer. Sophie has a friendly yet professional approach. Teaching me the importance of checking the trailer, hitching and unhitching, manoeuvring, reversing and driving on the road, We then loaded the pony. I was extremely nervous at this point.
